In this talk, I will discuss reachable sets in planar affine control systems. The special structure of these systems can be leveraged to construct maximal subsets of the state space on which we have exact controllability. The results find application in recent models of cancer, where the treatment enters as a bounded, time-varying input. Of particular interest here are so-called eco-evolutionary models.
